  Beware of the fund raisers the Lowell PTO puts on. The silent auction from the fall festival was rigged. I was the highest bidder on 3 items bidding more than double anyone else . I filled all info out including my phone number for them to call. Now I'm told you had to be there? I was told before hand that only the ones they wanted to win would win and it appears to be true. I was told a paper was up explaining the STIPULATIONS....... . PTO I have lost faith in you. Folks please read all rules for anything they do , make a copy of them , but most of all remember this is how the Mafia started.
